Job Description
Responsible for technical planning and field supervision of construction, building, and renovation works, including managing construction sites, reviewing architectural and structural drawings, and ensuring that materials and execution comply with technical specifications, quality, and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Provide daily on-site supervision of construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings
Review architectural and structural drawings, including Shop Drawings, and verify accuracy of execution
Prepare quantity take-offs (BOQ) and support the preparation of periodic progress payment certificates
Monitor the project schedule and coordinate with the planning team
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines (electrical, mechanical)
Apply QA/QC procedures, including Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and material approvals
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and enforce them on site
Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports
Ensure works comply with the Saudi Building Code (SBC)
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
